  • ½ cup mangoes
  • ½ cup oranges
  • cup pineapple
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon green grass powder


  • Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend well until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  • Make it thin by adding more liquid if you want to.
  • Pour in a bowl and top it with chia seeds, blue berries, oranges and green grass powder.
  • Enjoy your healthy smoothie bowl.


  • Add protein powder to make it protein-rich.
  • Skip coconut cream and add a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil instead.
  • Top the smoothie with more mangoes and some kiwis to add some tartness to your smoothie bowl.
