Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the air fried pointed gourds and mix well. Coat the pointed gourds properly with the powdered spices.
Transfer the coated pointed gourds into the air fryer.
Air fry the pointed gourds at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until they are perfectly cooked.
In the meantime, prepare the onion paste by blending the ingredients. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Next, add in the other whole spices. Saute for 30 seconds.
Add the onion paste next. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add in the powdered spices next, except the salt, and mix well.
Add the curd and keep sauting for a few minutes until it thickens.
Add the air fried pointed gourds to the curry and mix well.
Add in the salt and give it a good mix.
Serve hot with rice, chapati, or any carb of your choice.
