Pre-heat the air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes.
Transfer the cut potatoes into the air fryer and air fry them for 10 minutes at 300F.
Next, take a bowl and add the mustard oil, chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix them.
Add the air fried potatoes and coat them well with the oil mixture.
Next, add in the onions, ginger, green chilies, and green coriander mint chutney.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and besan sev and serve as a snack.
