Ingredients

  • 2 cups Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pink Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat Masala
  • ¼ cup Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Green Coriander Mint Chutney
  • 1 bowl Pomegranate Seeds (For Garnish)
  • 1 bowl Besan Sev (For Garnish)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the cut potatoes into the air fryer and air fry them for 10 minutes at 300F.
  • Next, take a bowl and add the mustard oil, chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix them.
  • Add the air fried potatoes and coat them well with the oil mixture.
  • Next, add in the onions, ginger, green chilies, and green coriander mint chutney.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds and besan sev and serve as a snack.
