Ingredients

Ingredients For the boiled peanuts

  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Water

Ingredients For the chaat

  • 1 bowl Prepared boiled peanuts
  • ¼ cup Onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 pcs Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup Boiled potatoes (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate kernels
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
  • ½ tablespoon Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  • In a pressure cooker, add the peanuts, turmeric powder, and salt. Add the water and mix. Pressure cook until the peanuts are completely boiled.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients mentioned under chaat. Give it a good mix.
  • Enjoy as a healthy snack and to kill untimely hunger pangs!
