Ingredients For the boiled peanuts
- ½ cup Peanuts
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Water
Ingredients For the chaat
- 1 bowl Prepared boiled peanuts
- ¼ cup Onions (chopped)
- ¼ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 pcs Green chilies (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Cucumber (chopped)
- 1 cup Boiled potatoes (cubed)
- ¼ cup Pomegranate kernels
- 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
- ½ tablespoon Paprika powder
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
In a pressure cooker, add the peanuts, turmeric powder, and salt. Add the water and mix. Pressure cook until the peanuts are completely boiled.
Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients mentioned under chaat. Give it a good mix.
