Ingredients

  • 3 Pcs White bread
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs seasoning
  • 4 pcs Fish pieces

Ingredients For Mayo Dip

  • 4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Red chili flakes
  • 4 drops Tobasco sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Mixed herb seasonings
  • 1 bunch Parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. 
  • Take the white bread and air fry them at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Let the air fried bread cool down and then blitz them into crumbs using a food processor.
  • Transfer the bread crumbs into a vessel and add the spices and oil. Mix them well.
  • Take the fish pieces and coat them with the seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil. (Optional)
  • Transfer the coated fish to the air fryer basket and cook them at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.
  • For the mayo dip, whisk all the ingredients together.
  • Serve crumbed fish hot with mayo dip.
