Ingredients

  • 2 cup Peas
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon Dry mango powder

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. 
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the peas and mix well.
  • Spray a bit of oil on the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the peas at 320°F for 40-45 minutes.
  • Keep shaking the air fryer basket every 10 minutes.
  • Spread the cooked peas on a plate and let them cool. They should crisp up a bit.
  • Have as a healthy evening snack with tea.
