Ingredients

Ingredients for the stuffing

  • ¾ cup Besan
  • ½ cup Peanuts (powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala

Ingredients for the okra

  • 250 gms Okras
  • 1 bowl Prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup Oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Next, take a bowl. Add the besan, powdered peanuts, oil, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, and garam masala. Mix all of them together.
  • Wash and dry the okras. Then chop off the top and bottom of each piece.
  • Next, create a slit at the center of the okras so as to insert the stuffing.
  • Fill each okra with a generous amount of stuffing.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil and add the stuffed okras to it. Spray oil on top once again.
  • Air fry the okras at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until completely cooked. 
  • Enjoy this delicious recipe as aside dish with rice and dal or roti.
