Ingredients

  • 2 whole Raw banana  (sliced)
  • 1 bowl Water
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Take a bowl of water and add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to it.
  • Next, soak the banana slices in the water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Once done, completely dry the banana slices.
  • Next, brush them with coconut oil. You can also spray coconut oil. 
  • Next, place the slices in the airfryer basket and cook them at 400°F for 7-8 minutes.
  • Keep shaking the fries in between so that they are evenly cooked.
  • Once you notice the slices hardening at the edges, you can remove them from the air fryer. They will harden further during the cooling process and become crisp.
  • Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on top and mix well.
  • Enjoy this healthy snack at a pocket friendly price!
