Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Mix the agave with the oil and maple syrup in a separate bowl.
Add the liquid mix to the dry ingredients and mix it until all dry ingredients are coated evenly.
Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 350F. If using an oven, the temperature remains the same.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly and place this mixture in the air fryer. If you are using an air-fryer with racks, then line the rack with parchment paper. Add the mixture and spread evenly. It’s better to work with a small batch at a time while air frying your granola.
Air Fry or bake at 350F for 15 minutes and stir after every 5 minutes for even cooking. At the end of air frying/ baking, the granola will be golden brown.
Allow the air-fryer granola to cool at room temperature.
Store it for up to three weeks in an airtight container.
Enjoy air-fryer granola as a topping with your favorite yogurt or oatmeal.
