Set the Instant pot duo to sauté mode and melt ghee. Add spices followed by dalia|fada to the pot.
Roast till it becomes golden brown and fragrant.
To avoid burning, keep stirring the grains after adding to the pot.
Once the dalia|daliya is roasted well, add pounded nuts and dried fruits and sauté. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Now add warm water and jaggery, mix well.
Seal the instant pot and pressure cook on high pressure for 11 minutes.
Once the pressure releases naturally, open the pot and stir well.
Add 1 tablespoon ghee now and mix well.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
