  • 4 Entenmann’s® Minis Crumb cake (individually wrapped)
  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • cup roasted nuts and seeds
  • 1 cup berries washed and sliced
  • ¼ cup chia seeds mixed in ½ cup water Dried fruits to garnish


  • Open Entenmann’s® Minis individually wrapped cakes and cut them into slices.
  • I always prefer to cut out circles by using my mason jar bottles that I use for making the parfaits. But that’s totally optional.
  • Add a thin slice of the crumb cake as the first layer inside your jar.
  • Now add a layer of yogurt, followed by sliced strawberries.
  • Now add a layer of soaked chia seeds and top it off with another layer of yogurt.
  • Spread it well and add another layer of the cake. Now repeat the layers and finish the parfait with blueberries, cake crumbs and nuts and seeds.
  • Serve immediately, or chill and serve in a few hours.
