Open Entenmann’s® Minis individually wrapped cakes and cut them into slices.
I always prefer to cut out circles by using my mason jar bottles that I use for making the parfaits. But that’s totally optional.
Add a thin slice of the crumb cake as the first layer inside your jar.
Now add a layer of yogurt, followed by sliced strawberries.
Now add a layer of soaked chia seeds and top it off with another layer of yogurt.
Spread it well and add another layer of the cake. Now repeat the layers and finish the parfait with blueberries, cake crumbs and nuts and seeds.
Serve immediately, or chill and serve in a few hours.
