Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Tea leaves/Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger (crushed)
  • ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds (for 1 portion)
  • 3 Mint Leaves (for 1 portion)
  • ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice (for 1 portion)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey as per taste (for 1 portion)

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan. Add the tea leaves and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add the ginger and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Next, take cups or glasses as per choice. Add in the chia seeds, mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey.
  • Using a strainer, pour the prepared tea mixture and mix with a spoon.
  • Serve hot.
