- 1.5 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Tea leaves/Powder
- 2 tablespoon Ginger (crushed)
- ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds (for 1 portion)
- 3 Mint Leaves (for 1 portion)
- ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice (for 1 portion)
- 1 teaspoon Honey as per taste (for 1 portion)
Heat water in a saucepan. Add the tea leaves and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the ginger and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Next, take cups or glasses as per choice. Add in the chia seeds, mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey.
Using a strainer, pour the prepared tea mixture and mix with a spoon.
Serve hot.
