Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Brussel Sprouts (halved)
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add the minced garlic and saute. Let the garlic cook until the aroma of the garlic disappears.
  • Next, add in the brussel sprouts and saute. Let the mixture cook for 8-10 minutes
  • Next, add the powdered spices along with salt.
  • Keep sauteing and cooking the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot as a side dish with your regular meal.
