- 2 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 cups Brussel Sprouts (halved)
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add the minced garlic and saute. Let the garlic cook until the aroma of the garlic disappears.
Next, add in the brussel sprouts and saute. Let the mixture cook for 8-10 minutes
Next, add the powdered spices along with salt.
Keep sauteing and cooking the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot as a side dish with your regular meal.
