- 2 cups Puffed rice
- ½ cup Caramel
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder
Heat a wide pan. Add the puffed rice and dry roast them for 2-3 minutes.
Next, transfer the caramel to the pan along with the cardamom powder. While it’s still hot, put cold water on your palm and scoop out a portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Make as many shapes as you can. Let it cool down to room temperature.
