- 1 Raw Banana (boiled)
- 2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 3 tablespoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- ½ tablespoon Paprika Powder
- 2 tablespoon Mixed Italian Herbs Seasoning
- ¼ cup Cheese (grated)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Pre-heat air fryer to180℃.
In a mixing bowl, take the boiled raw banana, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and the powdered spices and salt.
Mix all together and make it into a mash.
Make small round shapes with the raw banana mash and transfer them to the air fryer.
Cook them at 180℃ for10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown. You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a snack during tea time.
- To boil the raw banana, put the entire banana along with the peel for boiling. If boiling in a pressure cooker, 3-4 whistles are enough. If boiling in a vessel, boil for about 15 minutes or until it starts to feel soft.
- You should be able to remove the peel easily once it’s properly boiled.
