- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Carom Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 Dry Red Chilies
- 1 cup Broad Beans (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Heat oil in a pan. Add the whole spices and saute.
Next, add the broad beans and mix well. Saute and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the beans become soft.
Add the black pepper powder and salt next and mix well.
Cook for another minute and then serve hot as a side dish with your meals.
