Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Carom Seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 Dry Red Chilies
  • 1 cup Broad Beans (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the whole spices and saute.
  • Next, add the broad beans and mix well. Saute and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the beans become soft.
  • Add the black pepper powder and salt next and mix well.
  • Cook for another minute and then serve hot as a side dish with your meals.
