Ingredients For the watermelon syrup
- ½ cup Watermelon (chopped)
- 3-4 Lemon (wedges)
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Ingredients For the assembly
- 2-3 pcs Ice Cubes
- 1 Lemon (wedges)
- 3-4 Mint Leaves
- 1 glass Prepared Watermelon Mixture
- 4-5 pcs Watermelon (chopped)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper Powder
- 1 bottle Soda
Take a mason jar. Add the watermelon chopped, lemon wedges, mint leaves, and sugar. Take a muddler and properly muddle the mixture. The watermelon should release juice.
Next, take a glass and add the ice cubes. Next, add the lemon wedges and mint leaves.
Pour the strained muddled watermelon mixture. Add salt and pepper.
Next, top it up with soda water.
Serve as a cooler on ahot summer day.
