- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ½ tablespoon Mustard Oil
- 10-12 Pineapple Slices
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Take all the spices on a plate along with the mustard oil and mix well.
Next, take the pineapple slices and properly coat them with the spice mix.
Sprinkle ½ tablespoon sugar on the pineapple.
Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on the pan.
Transfer the spice coated pineapple slices to the pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes in low to medium flame. Keep flipping the pineapple slices at regular intervals. Cook until the slices are caramelized.
Once cooked, let the slices come to room temperature.
Serve as a delicious side with your meals or munch as mid-day snack.
