Ingredients

  • ½ cup Broad Beans (cleaned and whole)
  • ½ cup Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Mixed Herb Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Heat water in a pan and add the pasta and broad beans to it when the water starts boiling. Let it cook until the broad beans become soft and the pasta is cooked al-dente.
  • While the pasta is getting cooked, heat butter in a pan. Add the minced garlic and onions. Saute and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Next, add the spices and salt and mix well.
  • Add the milk, flour, and cheese next and mix well. Let the milk come to a simmer and saute until the cheese melts completely.
  • The beans and pasta should be cooked by then and drain the water and add the boiled pasta and broad beans to the white cheese sauce. Mix well.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
