- ½ cup Broad Beans (cleaned and whole)
- ½ cup Penne Pasta
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Mixed Herb Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- 4 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon Parsley (finely chopped)
Heat water in a pan and add the pasta and broad beans to it when the water starts boiling. Let it cook until the broad beans become soft and the pasta is cooked al-dente.
While the pasta is getting cooked, heat butter in a pan. Add the minced garlic and onions. Saute and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the spices and salt and mix well.
Add the milk, flour, and cheese next and mix well. Let the milk come to a simmer and saute until the cheese melts completely.
The beans and pasta should be cooked by then and drain the water and add the boiled pasta and broad beans to the white cheese sauce. Mix well.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
