Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Honey or sugar optional
  • Lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Rinse the dried butterfly pea flowers with cool water.

  • Place the flowers in a teapot or heat-safe container.
  • Pour boiling water over the flowers and let steep for 5-10 minutes.

  • Strain the flowers out of the tea using a fine mesh strainer.
  • Add honey or sugar to taste, if desired.
