Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk
  • ¼ cup flaxseed flour
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

  • Add the melted butter or coconut oil and mix until it forms a crumbly mixture.
