Ingredients

  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Ice cube tray or small freezer-safe containers

Instructions

  • Transfer the ginger garlic paste to a clean bowl.

  • Scoop out the paste using a teaspoon and drop it into the ice cube tray or small freezer-safe containers.

  • Leave about ΒΌ inch of space on top of the container to allow for expansion during freezing.
  • Cover the ice cube tray or container with plastic wrap or lid.
  • Place the ice cube tray or container in the freezer and freeze it for 2-3 hours or until the paste is completely frozen.
  • Once the ginger garlic paste cubes are frozen, remove them from the ice cube tray or container and transfer them to a zip-lock bag.
  • Label the bag with the date and name of the contents.
  • Store the bag of ginger garlic paste cubes in the freezer.
