Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 small red chili pepper seeded and chopped or two Indian green chilies
  • ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  • Add the diced mango, rice vinegar, honey or agave syrup, minced garlic, chopped chili pepper, lime juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
    1 ripe mango, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar or lime juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup or agave syrup, 1 small garlic clove, 1 small red chili pepper, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • While the blender is still running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined.

  • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more lime juice for extra tartness or more honey for sweetness.
  • Store the spicy mango dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
