Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes halved or sliced
  • 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 Orange peeled and sliced
  • 1 Grapefruit peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • On a large platter or serving dish, arrange the cherry tomato halves, mozzarella slices, orange segments, and grapefruit segments in alternating layers.
    1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella, 1 Orange, 1 Grapefruit
  • Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the salad.
    ¼ cup Fresh Basil
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top of the salad.
    ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
