On a large platter or serving dish, arrange the cherry tomato halves, mozzarella slices, orange segments, and grapefruit segments in alternating layers.
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella, 1 Orange, 1 Grapefruit
Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the salad.
¼ cup Fresh Basil
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top of the salad.
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
