Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour or gram flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line the basket with parchment paper or liner.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose/gram flour, ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, chia seeds, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to combine.

  • Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough until it is ⅛ inch thick. Try to roll it uniformly.
  • Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
  • Transfer the crackers to the lined air fryer basket, leaving a small space between each cracker.
  • Air fry the crackers for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Don’t forget to flip them between cooking after 7-8 minutes.
  • Once the crackers are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool on a cookie rack for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the crackers to a wire rack and let them cool completely before serving.
  • Store the remaining crackers in an air-tight container.
