Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bread Slices (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup Jaggery Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl. Add the bread cubes, eggs, and milk. Mash the bread completely using a masher.
  • Next, add the vanilla essence and jaggery powder. Mix well.
  • Heat ghee on a pan. Add the prepared mixture on the pan and let it set.
  • Cook one side for a minute and then flip it and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Make sure the base doesn’t burn.
  • Serve this sweet omlette by cutting it into slices.
