- 2 cups Bread Slices (cut into small cubes)
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- ¼ cup Jaggery Powder
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
Take a mixing bowl. Add the bread cubes, eggs, and milk. Mash the bread completely using a masher.
Next, add the vanilla essence and jaggery powder. Mix well.
Heat ghee on a pan. Add the prepared mixture on the pan and let it set.
Cook one side for a minute and then flip it and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Make sure the base doesn’t burn.
Serve this sweet omlette by cutting it into slices.
