In a mixing bowl, add the egg, salt and pepper. Mix.
Next, heat oil in a non-stick pan and distribute the oil evenly.
Pour the egg mixture onto the pan and cook each side for 1 minute.
Once the egg is cooked and cooled, cut it into long thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic. Saute.
Add the green onions and season with salt and black pepper powder. Saute.
Next, add the chicken stock and let the mixture boil.
Continue boiling until the liquid reduces by half.
Next add the dumplings. Mix.
Cook the dumplings for a minute or two.
Once they are cooked, take them out of the soup and place in a bowl. Top it with a few scoops of the soup. Garnish with the egg strips and chopped green onion.
