Take a puff pastry square sheet.
Apply pizza sauce on one side.
Next, sprinkle mixed Italian herbs and place the salamis on top.
Add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Next, fold the other half of the pastry sheet into a triangle.
Secure the ends well so that nothing escapes while baking.
Use a fork and make marks at the edge. This helps secure the puff pastry.
Transfer the stuffed puff pastry into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 18-20 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in color. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
