Ingredients

  • 1 pc Puff Pastry (square)
  • 2 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Mixed Italian herbs
  • 2 slices Chicken Salami
  • 1 tablespoon Cheese (grated)
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Take a puff pastry square sheet.
  • Apply pizza sauce on one side.
  • Next, sprinkle mixed Italian herbs and place the salamis on top.
  • Add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Next, fold the other half of the pastry sheet into a triangle.
  • Secure the ends well so that nothing escapes while baking.
  • Use a fork and make marks at the edge. This helps secure the puff pastry.
  • Transfer the stuffed puff pastry into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 18-20 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in color. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
