Chocolate Sauce Dipped Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscuits (crushed/powdered)
  • 4 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar/ Powdered Jaggery
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Melted Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 cup Sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Add the biscuits to a food process or and blitz them at high speed until they turn into powder. Prepare 1 cup of the crushed biscuits.
  • Transfer the blitzed biscuits to a large mixing bowl.
  • Take a sieve and sift the powdered sugar/jaggery and cocoa powder.
  • Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • Next, add the melted butter and mix well.
  • Add milk and start kneading the mixture into a soft dough.
  • Make a cylindrical shape and roll it with cling film.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 3 hours.
  • After 3hours take it out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
  • Cut small blocks of the chocolate dessert. Cut as many as you can.
  • Next, dip them in chocolate sauce and garnish with sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for another 30 minutes and serve.
