- 200 ml Cream
- 1 packet Cookies
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 bowl Mint
Take cream in a mixing bowl. Beat it until it starts forming peaks.
Take a cookie and apply cream on one side. Take another cookie and place it on the cream like a sandwich.
Place these two cookies on a round cake tin. Repeat with the rest of the cookies. The cookie and cream layers should be alternative. You can either aim for a half moon shape or a complete circle depending on the requirement.
Cover the entire setup with cream.
Transfer to the refrigerator and chill overnight.
Next, take it out on a cake tray. Cover with cream until smooth.
Top it with berries and mint.
