Ingredients

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Cookies
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 bowl Mint

Instructions

  • Take cream in a mixing bowl. Beat it until it starts forming peaks.
  • Take a cookie and apply cream on one side. Take another cookie and place it on the cream like a sandwich.
  • Place these two cookies on a round cake tin. Repeat with the rest of the cookies. The cookie and cream layers should be alternative. You can either aim for a half moon shape or a complete circle depending on the requirement.
  • Cover the entire setup with cream.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator and chill overnight.
  • Next, take it out on a cake tray. Cover with cream until smooth.
  • Top it with berries and mint.
