- 3 pcs Puff Pastry (square)
- 5 tablespoon Coconut (dessicated)
- 4 teaspoon Jaggery (powder)
- 1 cup Butter (For brushing)
- 1 cup Caramel sauce (For drizzle)
Pre-heat oven to 180℃.
Take a puff pastry square sheet.
Take a small bowl and mix the jaggery and the coconut.
Place the mixture at the center of the puff pastry in a line.
Next fold the puff pastry from both sides and seal the edges.
Rotate it and make incisions with a knife on the surface. Brush with butter.
Transfer the stuffed puff pastry into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in color. Remove from the oven, drizzle some caramel sauce and serve hot.
