Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Puff Pastry (square)
  • 5 tablespoon Coconut (dessicated)
  • 4 teaspoon Jaggery (powder)
  • 1 cup Butter (For brushing)
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce (For drizzle)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180℃.
  • Take a puff pastry square sheet.
  • Take a small bowl and mix the jaggery and the coconut.
  • Place the mixture at the center of the puff pastry in a line.
  • Next fold the puff pastry from both sides and seal the edges.
  • Rotate it and make incisions with a knife on the surface. Brush with butter.
  • Transfer the stuffed puff pastry into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in color. Remove from the oven, drizzle some caramel sauce and serve hot.
