  • ½ tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Green chili paste/crushed
  • ½ cup Onions (diced)
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon Tandoori Masala powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black salt
  • ½ cup Curd (thick)
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

Ingredients For the Green chutney

  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup Mint leaves
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 5 pcs Green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Lemon Lemon juice

Ingredients For Onion Salad

  • 1 pcs Onion rings
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ Lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the chicken and the veggies along with the marination ingredients and mix well.
  • Let the mixture marinate overnight or at least for 4 hours. The longer the marination, the better the marination is absorbed by the chicken, making it juicier.
  • Once they are well marinated, take a skewer and insert the chicken and veggies into it. You can make as many skewers as you want depending on the size of the air fryer basket.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil. (Optional)
  • Transfer the marinated chicken and veggies to the air fryer basket and cook them at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until done.
  • You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.
  • For the green chutney, blend everything together in a blender. Adjust salt and lemon juice if required.
  • For the onion salad, mix everything together.
  • Serve Chicken Kebabs hot with green chutney and onion salad.
