Ingredients

Ingredients for the Tofu

  • 1 cup Tofu (diced)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Ingredients for the Dressing

  • 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red hot sauce

Ingredients for the Salad

  • 1 cup Raw mango
  • ½ cup Onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 cup Prepared Tofu
  • 1 cup Prepared Dressing

Instructions

  • Marinate the tofu with black pepper powder, salt, and oil.
  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. 
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  • Next, take the marinated tofu and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray a bit of oil on them, and cook them at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
  • You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.
  • For the dressing, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • For the salad, add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Add the air fried tofu and mix well.
  • Next, drizzle the prepared dressing and give it a good mix.
  • Enjoy as a side dish with main meals.
